No money back

I bought the product in December and used it. I could not get any positive result out of it. Therefore, I returned the empty bottle well in advance 05 Jan 10. Company accept that they got it before time. But They are not returning back my hard earned money. I call them twice in a week. But they always say that my money will be back with in a week. But they have not returned it till now. Now I am Obliged to move to court.
