Regarding Heavy Pollution made bu Hanjer Bio-Tech Engineering

I am from Rajkot Gujarat-India -my agriculture land is located at Pipalia- Nakrawadi (Rajkot) opposite side of Rajkot Municipal Corporation Solid waste Plant at Nakrawadi Village.

Gujarat Government give 4, 04, 680 sq.met additional 100 acre land to Rajkot Municipal Corporation for landfill sight development, Rajkot Municipal Corporation give 1, 20, 000 sq.meter land on lease base of 30 years to Hanjer Bio-tech Energy Pvt. Ltd. for garbage processing & Stock.

Very heavy pollution made by Hanjer Bio-tech Energy Pvt. Ltd. Near surround area lots of complain done by me in Rajkot Municipal Corporation & Hanjer Bio-tech Energy Pvt. Ltd but no any action taken by both party day by day garbage is dumping in nearer sight & road & our land. Plastic, dust, thred, are coming in our land & I not sure that what can I do?

Any Rules & Regulation is made by Central Pollution Control Board to close the plant or any rules to control the problem.
