Cancellation of the order and refund of money

We didn't like any of the products of the combo, they were of all of cheap type and of poor quality, they weren't even well covered & kept because of this, a few were even broken and a few were missing, we never expected these type of products. Therfore we want all the products to be cancelled and get our money back.
