Product not received after payment by credit card

I have not received my product even after a lapse of one year despite the several telephonic reminders as well as emails sent. I am enclosing all the details which i have already emailed several times.

Order No 7700012805 booked on 06.01.2009 for Swatch Crono Irony and benetton watch and the payment was charged to my credit card on 14.01.2009. scaned copy of credit card was again and again provided to the executives. but nothing has been done so far. i am feeling cheated by this act of fraud. kindly do the needful so that no one can cheat peoples like this.
