I ordered for a set of Surat Diamonds jewellery thru an India Today Book club promotion. I was charged Rs. 3000 on March 20 thru my credit card SD/5630 . A few weeks later I got an email saying that there is a delay in delivery. Subsequently I requested cancellation of the order and a refund of my money. But their reply now says that they have not received any payement and therefore nothing can be done!! It may be noted that the invoice that was generated and their emails, none have any address or phone numbers. The whole India Today Book Club seems to be a fraud. I think we all should file police complaints against the ITBC people in our respective police offices.
