India Today Book Club-United Colors of Benetton and Swatch watch

It's been a year that I bought two watches from India today but never got it delivered. Despite of admitting that it's a mistake, they have not tried to despatch my watches. I have more than 20 email communication with them they just reply we are looking into this issue and keep patience your items would be delivered soon. It's a high time and I am run out of patience and coolness. Only I would advice everybody be careful while ordering any item from India Today Book Club.

Can anybody advice me what can I do against them, should go to consumer court or what legal action I could take?
