Product missing / substandard quality products

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have ordered for the product "Party wear exclusive jeweliery combo with royal maharani haar" after seeing the advertisement dated 28th Jan published in Bangalore mirror. I recieved the parcel on 15th Feb. 2010. But the products that were promised during the placement of the order are missing and the quality of the jewelleries are below substandard quality. As I am not satisfied with the products I recieved, I want "India Times Shopping" to take back the products and return the amount paid for the same.

I have also ordered for watches few months back and they are also below substandard quality moreover one of the watches I recieved is not in a workable state.

"Times India Shopping" is trying to make money by fooling/traping innocent people who are under an impression that they are going to get genuine products for less price. This is going to create a wrong impression on the Indian products as a whole.

There should be strict action against such vendors who are cheating / making false commitment for making easy money.
