Refund of the amount

My wife had ordered a product on 21-01, but they cancelled it saying they do not have the product.

The amount was paid through Credit Card (Rs 3148/-).

Later when called they said it has been cancelled and provided with a complaint no# 127601 dated 4-02 (but the call centre representative tells the complaint was logged on 08-02) and informed that the amount will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs. But till now, i have not recevied the refund and every day they are telling it will be refunded within 24 hrs and cut the call immediately

Can any one help me please in this regards. I am
