Over billing without information and multiple differing consultation

I, Vishakha Das visited Kaya Skin Clinic, Indiranagar branch on 1/5 to get laser hair removal services (LHR) for my lower chin and upper neck area. I was given consultation, told that I was to take 6 sessions, with interval of 6 months and the total package would be Rs 11581. I requested payment option at every session and I was offered services at Rs 2317 for each session.

I have since then faced issues of confusing consultation at that clinic. I chose to change the centre at which to receive the services and moved to Kalyan Nagar, after two months of getting ready to start my services, I took my first session at this session on Nov 30. There was repeated moves to convince me to take combination of packages and I repeatedly refused to make any changes to my service request and repeated that I would like to go ahead with the same package at same cost till i see some results. At the end of the session, I was charged Rs 5000, which is more than double the agreed amount and without any intimation before.
