Till date not recieved any product by company

I bought a product gillette pack last week from 100bestbuy.com.

when i orderded company send a mail with reference no. and tracking details but when i track my order courier site response is no numbers found

then i send a mail to 100bestbuy.com service and calling customer care but they did not reply me

what can i do in that condition.

100bestbuy is really a big scam in india.

plz ban it
