I purchased a lipstick from Shopper Stop, Begumpet and the product which I collected and the product which they billed was totally different. I realised this after a month. I went to shopper stop to return it and get what I wanted, but one Mr. Santosh of customer care denied saying that since I had opened the seal they cannot accept it. But tell me without opening the seal how will I know what colour it is? I was really surprised that Shopper Stop is behaving in this manner.
