Not received statment

I have not received my statement of my EDCmachine till date although i am requesting for the same for last 5 months. My tid no.is 41038262.I have also requested Mr. RAVI VAISHNAV, MISS SHIPRA, GITIKA for tha same but to no results. The machine is with me for the past 8 months. I was using a ICICI machine but i was assured for a better service so i switched to HDFC machine but i am very dissapointed with the services. Kindly solve my problem asap.thanks.
