Collection of fine by unkunown persons

Sir/madam,

this is to bring to your notice that people in the fifth floor of new saravana stores (have no ID cards on them) are collecting unusual fine from the customers using harsh words on them, and making them to pay the fine... they don't even have proper books to record... it is an act of complete stupidity and i wonder why the propreitors are encouraging such a kind of act... the customer was so embarassed and didn't know what to do except to pay the fine for no fault... i was there watching all the drama but rendered helpless. the guy who collected the money was so crude and dirty... the affected customer didn't have that much money. she was stuggling a lot to get out of the situation. please take necessary actions, and my kind request is not to appoint these kind of guys who are not civilised.
