France Vita Natura Bromeline
No results and no refund

I had ordered the France Vita Natura Bromeline tablets sometime in July August. Neither have i lost any weight nor have they returned my money. initially they said it was in process but now there is no response. is it a fraud? In fact i think i have put on weight now because of those tablets.
