Clock repair was not handled

I bought a Q&Q timepiece from P.ORR & Sons (P) Ltd Tambaram Branch on 23 rd May the warranty period was one year. Till the end of warranty period the clock was running fine and on 25th June. The clock stopped running and I took to the service center at P.ORR & Sons (P) LTD Tamabram for servicing the clock. They took it for servicing. But after two weeks when I go to the shop to get my clock back. They told this timepiece was not able to repair since the company does not repair the things.while purchasing the clock they promised that this is a good clock but when it got repair they refused to do it. The clock ran for 1 year 1 month. Please advice me what to do with the clock.
