Taken money for the beauty coupons and not giving the services

I want to register a complaint for a salon regarding the coupons they have issued to us on paying Rs.500/- but now they are denying to give the service of that coupon and are not refunding my 500 rs. The validity mention on the coupon is 1 year from the date of purchase.

One day i went to oberon to avail the service on 27th june but the person who was sitting on the reception told me that today there schedule is busy and also told me to take the appointment on some other day. After 12 days, I again asked for the appointment then they replied that i cant avail the service of that coupon. Still, they are not able to satisfy me from there answer.

I talked to the director, as well, of that franchisee holder who is Mr. Vijay Lal. He replied very rudely to my question and giving me excuses. I even asked a solution to my problem that how can i get my money back but on this he replied " You havn't asked me before purchasing this coupon". As it is clearly mentioned that one cannot purchase this coupon from the salon directly.

The person who sold me this coupon is Rama Kant Yadav, his Ph. No. is 9198663398. When ever i call this person he is not replying to my call.

Few of my colleages who also have purchased the same coupon with me have got the service and i have also purchase the same coupon on the very same date but they are not allowing to avail it.

I need compensation for the wastage of my money and time and the inconvenience which i am facing from last 20 days.

I want to claim a compensation amount of Rs. 25000.
