Sorry. But I have a complaint about the complainers. I have never heard anything Bad about this jewelry company. They are quite well known with no complaints... at least around here.

This company is registered with the Better Business Bureau. If you are wanting to do much more than vent, &- look up this site (The BBB.org) and check your company out before doing business with them..

The company that I received the "rings free" advertisement from before ordering, I did research especially before I said

OK, "I will give you my information" then secondly,

"I will pay shipping, handling and taxes."

The operator was clear about further future offers. How many red flags do you have to get before you start repeating no, No NO.

Another tip: never say the word "yes" when an unknown company has an offer and they are warning you that the conversation will be recorded.

I would attach a scanned copy of the advertisement and include it with this message but GEE... guess what. That would hold me for Liable...

It can be frustrating when you think you have a good thing. But consider that it is up to you to get the company to live up to its original agreement. Read your agreement about the relationship with the company... at least look for red flags... A social site like this "Complaint Board" doesn't give any guarantees that I have scene but I just am taking a leap of faith that they are legit...
