I (M G WARKE) am holding 2 policies of LIC of INDIA

1) Policy no. - 905556798 - Money Plus

2) Policy no. - 905556797 - Market Plus

Branch - 923

Maturity for both the policies was on 28 Feb

We surrendered both this policies to Developing officer on 28 Feb

Till today (16 April) we have not received our amount from LIC.

Tried to complain the matter on line but it doesn't have any FACILITY on web for complaint, Customer care just gives phone no. of desired branch. when called to BRANCH Person answering the query is inadquate to answer any queriies of customer.

Hopeing for you answer as soon as possible.
