WRONG RATES AGAINST TARIFF

Sir,

I am a customer of Vodafone and using the number 9811165688 sicle long back but from the day when it is take over by the Vodafone it is observed that the company is charging the amount under wrong practice either ring tone charge/miss call charge at its own discreation every time. In the past also it has been intimated to the concern that the practice followed is against the policies decided by the TRAI.

Recently, the bill is received to me under a bill plan of Rs. 325 in which the STD is @ Rs. 0.75 per call but the company has charged @ Rs. 1.00 per call which is not only the matter of over charge but aslo it is an offence against the rules and regulations laid dowm by TRAI.

Considering, the facts, you are requested to take up the matter and take the necessary legal action against the company, if you found my complaint is genuine.

Kindly do the needful.
