Cheque bounced

I am also one of the investors who has been duped by Arrow Global Agrotech Ltd. The cheque issued by them dated 16-5 of amount Rs.1, 00, 000/- has bounced stating the account is closed/no such account. Pls. advise me wat action should i take. I have all the necessary certificates, agreements, documents issued by the company. Pls comment.
