I had bought an arrow shirt from Pyramid stores (which is now Indiabulls Megastore) in march 08. After 2 months the color of the shirt started fading and when I went to the mall and asked them to replace the shirt as it was only 3 months old. At that time they took the shirt and told me that they will send the shirt to arrow and it will be replaced and will inform me accordingly, but after that they did not give me single call. Now in November when I again went to the mall then they said the shirt can not be changed because Arrow denied to replace the shirt and according to our policy we can not replace the shirt. When I asked them to provide me a copy of their policy then they denied on that and on asking the denial note sent by Arrow they said that we can not show you the same.
