Swipied My Creditcard without my Permission

Artha Health Options has charged my credit card 4 times (3000, 3000, 4000 and 10000) Illegally without my permission. And every time after charging my card they used to just inform me that the card is already charged. After asking for refund they just say it is already charged and can not be refunded. These guys are fraud and Cheat. I saw sever similar complains here against them. I have already blocked my card and I am planning to go to Police and log FIR against Artha Health options today.
