Absent of bank manage

I am a engineering student in laxmi bai sahu ji inst. of engineering 5th semester it branchas the order of our RGTU university i have open an account in vijay nagar branch in jabalpur today i am going to collect my ATM card at 11 am the employee of bank said please come at 3.30 to 4.30 pm then i once again go bank at 3.45 pm then i can said to give my ATM then the cashier of branch can said give your account number then i am said please give me two mintute i am give you number then he said i am not give your atm today come tomorrow then i am said i can talk with manager then it said manager was not aviliable in branch that means at 4.00pm manager was absent in branch... thank you please take action of these report
