ASPIRE LIFE ULIP
Not retuning me back my original premium amount

I have bought Bharti-AXA ULIP plan in year 2007 and paid only one premium

Rs.30, 000/-. Thereafter due to some personal issues, I did not pay anything. Can I claim back my invested amount after 3 years or surrender the above policy. Please advice.

My policy no is-500-0470715

Kindly return me back my original amt invested otherwise i will have to take steps to sue the company is customer court
