No Scanning of signature so cheques are not passed

Hello Sir/Madam, i am having this current a/c & SAME PROBLEM IS WITH A SAVING A/C for the past 30 years. From last 4 months my cheques are dishonoured becaus the signature is not scanned in to computer. I have 4 time submitted the signature to bank. mY DETAILS ARE AS UNDER:-
