Money deducted but not dispensed

Dear Sir/Madam, i have PNB account (A/C No.0435020400635738) from Sriganganagar branch, Rajsthan. This is a salary account. i went to my local ATM (SBI Bank, Mehre branch, Hamirpur, himachal perdesh) to get my salary. I wanted to take 10, 000/- from my account on 08/11/09 but it dispensed me no (zero) ruppees instead of 10, 000/-. And my money 10, 000/- deducted from my account. I have already complained to MY PNB BANK, sriganganagar branch. I have already informed to SBI Bank, Mehre branch, Hamirpur, himachal perdesh also. but nobody is responding regarding this problem. this is my salary that's why i am suffering alot. So, please solve my problem as early as possible.
