Atm card
CASH NOT RECEIVE FROM THE ATM

DEAR SIR,

This is to inform you that day before yesterday on 9TH September at 8pm i used my ATM card at SBI bank ATM CENTRE AT Amar mahal, chembur, mumbai-400089. I want to withdraw Rs10000.Unfortunately at the time of dispensing the cash the machine stopped and the message is display on the screen as that machines is out of service without cash flowing. Immediately i check the balance when the ATM was workig which show that Rs.10000 is withdrawn from my account and the ATM ID IS S1CN000300G3 AND Transaction id is 1176.I also inform the watchman on duty namely Mr. Ganga Prasad he gave me the SBI bank supervisor Mr. Rahul contact number, i immediately contact him and inform him regarding the matter. He informed me it is technical error, you lodge a complaint in your bank, you will get your money back. He also inform that the money is inside the machine and it is nothig to worry.
