Pin numbe

Dear,

Sir/Madam

I got my new ATM card and my Pin number but the Pin number had o0nly three numbers, so when i went and try to withdrawn my money it did not work and then I apply for new Pin number on 16th september but I have not recievied any letter from the bank till now 5th October.

I would be grateful if you can do something regarding Pin number.
