Egarding withdrawl of my money fro my SBI account

Reverend sir,

it is to kindly inform you that Rs14500/- has been withdrawed from my bank account without my informations.the transactions are being displayed in the name of Avenue india private limited, and some of the transactions are being done in chennai. Sir with due respect i would like to tell you that i am a middle class governmemt employee and the money is withdrawn from my salary account of State bank of india.you are kindly requested to look into the matter that from where and how the money is transacted. Your kind cooperation is solicited.
