Money stuck in ATM machine

Respected Sir,

Myself Anupama Sarngadhrana A/C NO-30088171539, DCB NO-06201, On 19/12 at 11:30am i made a ATM Transaction of 5000/-Rs from my account from DCB (Development Credit Bank LTD'S) ATM machine which is in Vikasroad sector-15 Gudgaon, and 1000/-Rs got stuck in the DCB ATM Machine and i got 4000/-Rs only, I didn't even got the ATM TRANSACTION RECORD PAPER, again i tried to do the Transaction of 1000/-Rs but the machine did'nt worked, so i went to HDFC ATM and withdrawed 1000/-Rs from my account. I have made a transaction

of 5000/-Rs only on 19/12/09, but when i called on customer care they told me that i have made a Transaction of 5000/-, 1000/-, 1000/-, 1000/- .Which is not correct.

I Request you to rectify the mistake, as i don't want to loose any money
