No cash delivered, but account debited

No cash delivered stating "Transaction declined - Unable to process" but account debited

Dear Sir,

I used my KVB ATM card (AC.No 1116155000070704) to withdraw Rs 10, 000/- from ICICI ATM at Perundurai, Tamilnadu (ATM ID: S1AN1591) on 17/04 at 20:38, but the cash was not delivered because of "amount exceeds the limits" also printed statement received as "Transaction declined - Unable to process".

But my account was debited with Rs 10000/-. I was shocked by seeing that my account was debited with Rs 10000 without delivered the amount. Security person at that ATM told that amount will be automatically credited within 3 days. But till date my money is not credited back to my account.

Please consider this complaint and kindly help me to get back my money.
