ATM--Debit Card
Cash Cot not come from ATM, but Debited

Sir/Madam,

I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No. 6220180804400141946 of State Bank of India, Pulgate Branch, Pune, in ICICI ATM in Bangalore, .. on 06-02 for withdrawl of Rs.10, 000/-. Unfortunately, no cash was delivered from the ATM, but my A/c. No.00000030380028712 was debited by same amount. I

Kindly credit my above mentioned A/c as early as possible. We are in urgent need of this money...
