Wrong deduction of money from ATM

Sub: Not received cash from ATM of Central Bank Of India, Salwan School Branch Rajinder Nagar, Delhi-110060

Amount Rs 10, 000/- using Central Bank ATM debit card no: 5044373834401380.

Dear Sir

This is for your kind information that on 07.06.11 (time around 11:30 am) I have tried to withdraw cash from ATM of Central Bank of India Salwan School Branch Rajinder Nagar Delhi-110060.

I regret to inform that whole process was done on machine but neither I have received money nor any charge slip was issued from the ATM machine.

Thereafter I went to the bank personally from where I have taken a mini statement & was surprised to find that the above amount of Rs 10, 000 has been debited form my Account No:3071184277 of your branch.

Under the above circumstances I requested the bank to credit Rs-10, 000 to my Saving A/C no 3071184277.

But since then no action has been taken so far & I am suffering from tremendous mental anxiety.

PLEASE HELP.
