Extra fare & Rude behavio

Dear Sir/ Maam,

I boarded an auto from Majestic bus stand for Whitefield and explained him the proper location of the place where I need to go (it is around 500 Mt from Forum Value Mall).

On hearing so he asked me to pay him Rs. 20 extra more than the fare that comes in meter. Me being too tired with an over night journey accepted so, though that was Illegal on his part.

On coming to the destination he demanded for 1.5 times the meter fare which was Rs.240.When I questioned him for the same, he started abusing and saying derogatory things. To his extreme he even spitted at me. But still as promised I gave him Rs. 20 extra (on total Rs. 260).

Request you to please take neccessary action against him.
