Purchased products not delivered til 1.5 months

I placed an order for a combo products with pearl set on Jan 18 (order no HD4455) worth Rs. 6500 and credited amount on same day through HDFC. I had not received my order on promised date, so I called them on Feb, 8. We expected to gift these sets on 14th Feb (the Valentine day). Customer Service said it was on back-order and would be in the following week. As of today, feb 17, I still had no update on my pearl set case. I had to call them 7 times. She told me it was on back order for a few weeks. When I said I had already been waiting since one and half month, she said there was nothing she could do. I call back and demanded to speak with a supervisor. I have been put on hold so many times, have been told the supervisor is "out" but will return my call when she returns.

This is to be suggested to HDFC Bank not to make partners like AVA.(who tortures valuable customers).

This is ridiculous that this big company entertain their customer like this .sorry to say that this is our last and final order we are placing through your company and will suggest to all atleast Bharti Employes through mass communication that AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. is fraud.
