Aviva ppl are big thugs. We all should file a suit against them. I purchased two policiues 3 years ago. I was told at that time that i have to pay only one time lumpsum. but after 1 year i started getting calls from aviva to pay the term amount again otherwise my money paid will get lapsed. but i disnt want any more to invest in this cheat company. now after 3 years lockin period when i want my money back then the agent theu whom i had purchased these policies uis not picking my phone or replying toi my emails. This is so frustrating. I dnt know what to do now!
