Wrong plan given by aviva executive

Dear sir i have a policy of aviva life insurance... and policy number is WLG1765376 and i got this policy from ajmer branch... i have paid 2 premium of that policy and when i got to knw that ur executive has given me a wrong plan... n finally i was cheated by that guy thn i stopped giving premium for that policy... i dnt knw what is ur rules for ur employees if they cheat to ur customers... please take some strong steps about my matter... and please transfer my rest amount to my account... account number will be given to u as per ur request...
