PF AMOUNT NOT DISBURSING

This is for your confirmation that i have worked in aviva from Aug 07 to Feb 08

but after that the company forced me to resign on an immediate basis & now they are Holding my PF Amount saying that i would not get this money as i Have not served the notice period. Please Help Sir, so that i could get my legitimate dues.
