Lack of knowledge

Hi All,

I had a bad Experience about Aviva Life insurance. All the Employee working there has a diffrenent view from last 1 month i am fighting to pay my premium and for some personal reason my policy was in lapse state .so to make it active with the exact amount of money i was roaming around the Aviva office.

Everyday these people has a different opinion about there own policy and product. The staffs are not aware how to deal with the customer and never give value other's time.

This is the most dis organized agency i have ever find. The staff are of lack of knoweldege.

Friends be aware of this insurance comapany and take a chance if u have enough time.
