Not refunding my premium

Dear Sir

I have paid first premium on 27.05.05 of Rs. 10, 000/- for subject policy, but due financial crises at my end I could pay regular premium. I am now requesting to refund my amount of Rs.10, 000/- along with accrued benefit over the five years, but Aviva Life insurance has not been responding inspite sending repeated mails, letters.
