Sir,

My name is Sarvesh Gupta. I am having policy with Aviva policy no: RFG1644673.iNITIALLY THEY TOLD ME THAT U NEED TO pay only 3 years premium laterr i came to know that you need to pay for 20 years when i asked them to send me the document after receiving the docs after 3 years i said i am not satisfied with norms of docs so i want to cancel they are saying it can not be cancelled but as per IRDA you can cancel the policy within 15 days after receiving the document .but they did not provide me the docs initially after so many request i got the docs after 3 years please help me out my no is 9871910903..

Really this is worst experience with Aviva Insurance.
