No help from any Consumer Complaints Site

My name is Ashwani Chopra. I am husband of Deepika Chopra who had given a complaint against Aviva Life Insurance Company as how they befooled her and captures Rs. 70000/-. I just want to say few words that all the sites meant to provide justice on Internet are not is a position to provide any type of help to any body in INDIA and also the helpint agencies like IRDA is also not in a position to help the people. My wife had made uncountable requests to the Company Aviva, its represnetatives and even Board of Directors and Chairman & Managing Directors but I think all the people are of same kind.

The Policy No. of my wife is WTG1344156 and the status is that Aviva clearcut refused to help in any manner. I just want to confirm that whether there is any type of organisations which may help the people.
