Unexpeted ly closer of policy by company

Sir, iam taken the policy from aviva, their executive mr. bipin kumar comited me lot, on basis of that i invseted 72000 rs in 3 yrs, after 6 yrs company suddenly closes the policy without intimation & refund me only rs24000, that cheque still i not depsited, when i asked regarding this to compnay they r not giving satisfing answer, how i can loos this hard earn money plz healp me to solve this issue .thanking u, urs harshad rasane, ph.no. 09960007868, policy no wlg 1329039
