Only form 19 is showing in process but not 10 c

Respected Sir, I had sent my p.f. form to my company (Aviva Life Insurance) on 26 Feb

It has been submitted in P.F. office as per online site it is showing under process but only form 19 under process but not 10 c please find the status. STATUS for Member ID: DLCPM00258030000013003

Claim ID: DLCPM110500016714

Status: CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO DLCPM00258030000013003 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 11.05.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

I want to know how much time it will take to credited in my account.
