PF CHEQUE NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

I had Resigned from AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE (emp.code : 10375) in the month of 2/02 and the PF form was send by my HR.

MY PF A/C: DL/25803/10308

But as there was no reply even after 3 months. I re-applied for my PF by form-19, on the date of 20/08. I received no further clarification 9/02. On 10/02 I got a letter showing that my claim under the EPF/EPS/EDLI scheme has been rejected as it has already been settled.(showing that “your service tr. To R.P.F.C BANGLORE AC/NO-KN/25482/21489 Rs.53603, Cheque no:187150 on 18/08). But till today I have received no settlement. Please help me on this matter. Please let me know what to do further.
