Cancellation (Free look) of AVIVA Policy no.: ALI2863953

Respected Sir,

It is submitted that I am a Policy no. ALI2863953 was sold to me by Mr. Bhupinder Singh Thakur, Sales Manager in Mohali Branch. The terms of the policy were not acceptable to me and I requested for Free Look of policy. The Policy was returned to AVIVA within 15 days from the date of policy issued through e-mail & policy documents were also returned to AVIVA through Courier. The same were got returned from the Aviva, which were again returned to AVIVA on 20/02.

Later-on, when inquired it was informed that policy holder requested to get the policy continued. But it is to intimate you that no such request for continuing the policy was ever made by me.

It is further mentioned that I can go to Insurance Ombudsman but being a vendor of Aviva I am not approaching ombudsman. It is therefore, prayed that the above policy may be cancalled and amount deposited may be refunded to me.

Please look into this matter and help me...
