Policy money not being paid

Hi

My policy RSG 1435677 (save guard) was started in 22/01 for 20 years, I was paying a premium of Rs30000/-(Rs Thirty thousand only) every year. this year when my premium was due and when I paid the premium to company, after about a month they returned my cheque saying my policy is not valid due to some medical reason. when I asked for details no one has even bothered for telling me the exact thing. Now when I am asking for my money which I have paid so far they are not even answering that as well. I am fed up with their no communication attitude. Kindly help me on this issue.
