Non issuance of premium

Policy no LLG 1220096

Starting date is 27/04 with starting amount of 10000. (later i received rs 2000 some thing back)

On 24/06/ and 008/10 i have paid the second and third premium and now company is sayingthat they have receivedd only later one two premiums. My question is where has gone first amount at the time of starting of the policy?
