Withdrwal cash not recived from axis atm

Dear Sir,

My Name is pramod babar, I have a atm debite card of Bank Of Maharastra Bhosari Pune, A/C No : 60009491956, The same is using for cash withdrawl in Axis Bank Atm In Ajmera Pune Dated 23/3, I have requested 10000 Rs withdrawl request in ATM, I have not recived the cash but, 10000 Rs cash debited in My account.

Here i am requesting you pl. revers the same cash in my account. Or tell me what is proceder to get back the money?
