Not received refund of Rs 476.72

I have tried to pay my Airtel mobile bill of Rs 476.72 from airtel site on 08th July. During transaction I get redirected from Airtel site to axis bank net banking login. Here I logged in and entered necessary information and transaction password I received on my mobile number but after that when I pressed VALIDATE button, I got error page and not get back to Airtel site. When I checked account balance, I found that 476.72 Rs has been deducted but till date my mobile bill has not been paid. payment id for this transaction is 29862654.

I have sent mail for this matter to Axis bank customer care but didn't receive any reply.
